C2C Definition
Corp-to-Corp (C2C) is a business arrangement where a contractor operates through their own corporation or LLC. Instead of hiring the individual as a W2 employee, the client company contracts directly with the contractor's business entity.
In a C2C engagement, the contractor invoices the client company for services rendered. The contractor is responsible for their own taxes, benefits, insurance, and business expenses. This creates a business-to-business relationship rather than an employer-employee relationship.
